About The Role & Team
As a
Lead Network Infrastructure Voice Architect you will be accountable for the design, configuration and troubleshooting of complex network infrastructures, taking into consideration the company’s products and services requirements.
This role requires deep knowledge of both network and voice technologies to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable services that meet the organization’s business and operational needs.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure network architectures that support the organization's business requirements and growth.
- Understand product & client requirements at a detailed level to translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide engineering expertise during the design and development stages.
- Create comprehensive documentation of network architectures, designs, and configurations for future reference and troubleshooting.
- Provide troubleshooting support for both internal teams and external partners.
- Test and validate the proposed solutions, support pilot sites and Proof-of-Concept.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 8+ years experience in network and IT environment.
- Proven expertise and knowledge of state-of-the-art network related technologies, in particular Voice
- Deep knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS), routing and switching technologies, and network security protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.) and Unified Communications platforms.
- Expertise in network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of network elements in a large and complex enterprise LAN/WAN environment
- Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Mathematics etc.) or sufficient work experience to demonstrate proficiency at this level.
- Experience and Industry certification in Network domains, 4G/5G Technologies, in particular on Voice is desirable.
