Turkish Nacelle Center is a Joint Venture company between Collins Aerospace and Turkish Airlines Technic and was established in 2010, located in Sabiha Gökçen Airport/HABOM, Istanbul. The company offers maintenance, repair and overhaul services of thrust reverser and nacelle systems to commercial airlines both domestic and international. We at present require an experienced individual who will contribute to our success, whilst upholding our reputation as a leading provider of quality MRO services with our EMEA customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience in account management or sales
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and Power BI tools
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Quotation preparation
- Coordination of internal and external customers for the works in the shop
- Improving communication between customers and the Company
- Performing customer visits
- Following and improving customer satisfaction and relations
- Calculating and reporting sales margins
- Coordination of maintenance activities e.g. relaying information regarding maintenance requests from the customers to the operations personnel
- Organizing work induction meeting for new received units and create work orders
- Monitoring Customer works in progress, invoicing and coordinating shipment of units
- Compliance with all RTX policies and regulatory procedures inclusive of EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property and Global Trade Compliance requirements
