Position Overview- Position Title: Associate - Culinary Control

Job PurposeTo ensure effective collaboration between Airline and its F&B service providers, driving culinary excellence through menu management, quality control, and complaint resolution, while supporting key operational and business functions.
Key AccountabilitiesF&B Service Provider Support (60%)
- Menu Introduction:
- Assist in introducing approved menus, ensuring adherence to culinary standards.
- Coordinate ingredient sourcing, cooking methods, and portion control.
- Cook-Along Functions:
- Conduct bulk production with service provider teams, offering hands-on training.
- Collaborate on minor menu changes and process enhancements.
- Refine kitchen production processes with F&B partners to ensure consistency.
Monitoring and Resolution (30%)
- Food Audits:
- Conduct food audits to ensure compliance with menu grids and quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Complaint Management:
- Monitor and address food-related complaints, working with kitchen chefs for prompt resolution.
- Integrate feedback into menu adjustments.
Business Management and Coordination (10%)
- Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support initiatives to leverage cross-business opportunities.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education: Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management from a premier institute.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in airline F&B or flight kitchens.
- Strong culinary design and execution capabilities.
- Familiarity with airline F&B operations.
