Position Title: Sr. Associate - F&B Ops

Role OverviewThe Sr. Associate - F&B Ops ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day F&B operations for other stations in collaboration with service providers. This includes meal planning, issue resolution, handling special requests, and ensuring high-quality F&B services. The role also involves managing disruptions, unscheduled flights, and supporting new initiatives like station launches and menu rollouts.
Key Responsibilities1. Day-to-Day Operations Management- Coordinate daily F&B activities across North Indian stations, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Communicate with F&B service providers about flight occupancy levels, meal quantities, and passenger preferences, including special dietary requests (e.g., vegan, vegetarian).
- Resolve service provider issues promptly to maintain service standards.
2. Disruptions & Special Operations- Manage F&B services during unscheduled flights or disruptions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives like launching stations, sectors, and menus.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration- Work with internal stakeholders, including the 24/7 Command Center, Procurement & Supply Chain, and the Associate - F&B Ops (Wide Body), for streamlined operations.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to the Delivery Unit as requested by stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

Educational & Experience Requirements- Education: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in airline or flight kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of airline F&B processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
