About The Role & Team
SITA Barcelona is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our Skystar Program within the Quality Engineer function, initially for a 1-year period, with the potential for a permanent role.
Your main tasks will involve supporting Data Intelligence Team, providing assistance under supervision of the Aircraft Performance Engineer. This entry-level opportunity offers a chance to dive into various activities within our fast-paced global community:

What You Will Do
- Support Experts in conducting experiments and tests to evaluate the performance and accuracy of the final product.
- Focus on developing new projects aimed at test automation, ensuring the entire process is automated end-to-end, including logic and testing workflows.
- Pre-process and analyze data using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Exposure to machine learning techniques and tools, especially in the context of predictive modeling.
- Document development processes, procedures, and findings
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- You currently hold a Master's degree, an Engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of aerospace principles, flight mechanics and flight systems, or interested in learning those principles.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
