About The Role & Team
As
Technology Strategy Associate Project Manager you will be part of the Technology Office which leads by influence and works across the various SITA organization; Surfacing, Guiding, Shaping and Driving the execution of SITA technology strategy, transformations, business operations, communication, innovation on behalf of SITA Technology & Engineering. You will be overseeing business operations and the development and enablement of SITA T&E strategy. You will be supporting the outcomes materialisation and contribution to SITA’s ambition to be a $2bn company by 2026 and ATI thought technology leader. In this role you will be accountable for collaborating with the management director to collaboratively define a coherent enterprise-level technology direction and transformation, whilst supporting the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Support, manage and run Technology Office and Business Operations
- Support and manage technology strategic planning
- Help on the budgetary planning
- Support the shaping and management of innovation activities
- Demonstrate a strong ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes
- Act as a significant contributor to SITA's technology ambitions and directions
- Project Management administration. Documentation can range from requirement summaries resource and project plans status reports change requests risks issues and variance reports to lessons learned.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- 3-5 years of Business or Technology Management experience
- Proven track record of managing international programs with capability to work with executive level
- Program and Project Management Office experience - experience with PMO tools, like MS Projects, Jira, Smartsheets
- Strategic Planning experience
- Master’s degree in computer science / business administration
- Knowledge of and experience with Project Management Institute
- Microsoft Office Suite strong knowledge
- Autonomy and rigorous
- Ability to write clearly and simply
- Accuracy
