Location: Madrid, Spain (3 times a week in the office, 2 days at home)

You, as our Treasury Specialist focusing on cash flow forecasting
This key role is responsible for the Group’s cash flow forecast. The cash flow forecast is a key management tool for the business. Working closely with the Group Treasury team based in Zurich, the Financial Specialist will liaise with regional and group finance management to ensure the timely and accurate production of a 20-week cash flow including preparing the output for review by senior management. The forecast is regularly reviewed by Swissport’s Board of Directors.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely coordination of the inputs, preparation and consolidation of short-term cash flow forecasts
- Challenge and review of forecast inputs
- Preparation of consolidated report for review with Group and regional CFOs
- Ad hoc reporting with commentary on cash performance against forecast and budget
- Production of ad hoc reports on key cash flow items
- Although this is a Group role, there will be considerable interaction with the regions and there will be opportunities to
- support the treasury team with projects from time to time
Your qualifications and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels of a complex organization
- A commercial mindset due to the business partnering element of this role
- Ideally, you’ll have advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset
- Working knowledge of cash flow (direct and indirect) and reporting
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance role, in a large/medium sized fully international group
- Strong data analytical skills, ERP system experience and experience of using Excel in a practical business application
- Demonstrable ability to work with key stakeholders in multiple global locations and at various levels
- Ability to get buy-in and commitment from internal / external stakeholders
- High energy, high motivation
- Strong work ethic
- High proficiency in spoken and written English as the corporate language
