How will it be to work with us?
💰 Performing Bank Reconciliations:
You’ll handle periodic and automated bank reconciliations, ensuring every transaction is accurate, traceable, and fully integrated within our ERP and digital tools. Precision and process control will be at the heart of your work.
📄 Managing Invoices & Claims:
From issuing invoices to resolving claims, you’ll manage the entire process end-to-end, leveraging IT-based tracking systems to monitor performance and ensure compliance with deadlines.
🤝 Maintaining B2B Client Relationships:
You’ll act as the financial link with our clients, providing clear, data-driven insights on payment behavior and helping resolve issues through analytical reporting and proactive communication.
📊 Preparing Analytical Reports & Dashboards:
You’ll design and maintain KPI dashboards and analytical reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar — helping the team track accounts receivable performance, detect trends, and support strategic decisions.
⚙️ Collaborating for Process Optimization:
You’ll work closely with Accounting and IT to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and continuously improve the efficiency of our financial processes through smart use of technology.

What will make you succeed in this position:
🎓 A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
🧠 A strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
💼 3–5 years of experience in financial reconciliation, invoicing, and performance reporting.
💻 Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas) and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
📈 Experience with data analysis or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a big plus.
📊 The ability to define, track, and report KPIs for collection efficiency, payment cycles, and accuracy.
🗣 Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively across teams.
🌍 An advanced level of English; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, French) will be valued.
