Job Title :- Manager – Stakeholder Management & Customer Relations
Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and customers, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations. The position focuses on communication, service quality, billing coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholder and customer communication
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for invoice and billing matters
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of invoices
- Maintain records and documentation as per company policies
- Support audits and compliance requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Prepare basic reports and updates for management

Education & Experience
