Job Summary
Defines and institutionalizes brand's visual and creative vision. Leading team of designers, copywriters, artists, videographers to develop impactful campaign content in line with business teams, create brand identity across products, properties, quality control etc across platforms. Provided direction to the team and align goals and delivery keeping in mind with business objectives. Ensure thorough planning of work and go to market with business teams. Collaborate with larger marketing team on concept development and budget management.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute overall creative direction, brand guidelines, and storytelling for campaigns and products.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams (designers, copywriters, videographers).
- Concept & Execution: Oversee the entire creative process from ideation, concept development, to final delivery, ensuring high quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to align creative with business objectives.
- Quality Control: Review and approve all creative assets (web, print, digital) before release.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Budget & Timelines: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends to keep creative output fresh and innovative.
