Job Title: Assistant Manager - Safety
Location: Gurgaon
Job Overview
The position is responsible for maintenance of the Safety Management System and incident management system in accordance with ICAO Annexures, Civil Aviation Requirements and other regulatory requirements affecting operations of AIRLINE.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist in Occurrence Reporting to regulator
- To liaise with different departments for collection of data / information required for occurrence investigation
- To liaison with Regulatory Authority and Aerodrome Operator for occurrence investigation
- Assisting with the investigation of accidents; and conducting/coordinating investigations into incidents
- To Follow-up with operational divisions for actions on Safety Investigation Recommendations
- Submission of Finalized Reports to the Regulatory Authority along with Action Taken Report on the Recommendation
- To liaise with different departments for Safety Performance Indicator / target and action plan
- Maintain database pertaining to Incident / accident / Hazard Log / Bird Strike
- Trend Analysis of Operational / Ground / Bird Strike Incidents for enhancement of prevention / efforts
- Any other duties as assigned by the Chief of Flight Safety / Deputy Chief of Flight Safety/ Sr. Manager Safety
- Ensure maintenance of the Flight Safety Manual and Safety Management System Manual

Work Experience
- Minimum 05 years of working experience preferably in any scheduled airline
- Minimum 03 years of experience in flight safety department
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University
