Experience: 3 to 5 years in Aviation Logistics environment
Roles And Responsibility
Candidate’s main task and responsibilities will include:
- Managing Repair Loop for Components.
- AMASIS Transaction, Repair Loop and Logistics management close coordination with stakeholders involved.
- Outgoing Inspection, Checklist preparation, AMASIS Updation for Drop Shipment directly to repairer.
- Core unit return time Monitoring for Component.
- Activities under of Logistics coordinator role
- Receiving Inspection of Unserviceable Unit (Virtual serviceable receipt to support FTM Function)
- Generating Repair Order
- Export Preparation
- Timestamp Updation
- Warranty Verification on received equipment
Skills Required
- Minimum Education – Graduation/Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Aviation related)
- Experience in Aviation Logistics environment
- Knowledge of Shipping Protocols, Customs Procedures
- Knowledge on Computer Applications and MS Office/G Suite
- Communication Skills and team player
- Autonomous and able to work within a team and in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in timely environment
- Dealing with customer/supplier on operational level activities
- To be able to work in shifts
