Job Summary
We are urgently hiring an experienced
HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team supporting our Canada-based client. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in US/Canada HR operations, with specific expertise in benefits administration, HRIS tools, and retirement planning. This is a hybrid role with night shift timings, and we are open to contractual candidates with the possibility of full-time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US/Canada employee benefits including health and retirement plans
- Administer US-defined contribution plans efficiently
- Operate and maintain HRMS/HRIS systems such as Ceridian, ADP, and Workday
- Oversee US HR operations processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee life cycle activities
- Utilize Excel and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting (nice to have)
- Provide support and guidance to employees on benefits-related queries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of benefits and HR operations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US/Canada benefits and HR operations
- Strong expertise in US-defined contributions, healthcare, and retirement benefits
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Ceridian, ADP, Workday – Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables – Good to Have)
- Immediate availability preferred
