Responsibilities
Develop engaging and creative content for emailers, Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, website product listings, and banners.
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms. Work closely with designers to create visually appealing assets for Facebook and Instagram ads, Amazon product listings, Nykaa listings, etc.
Collaborate on the ideation and execution of creative strategies.
Ideate and execute a comprehensive content strategy encompassing videos, static visuals, and other formats.
Coordinate with freelancers, models, agencies, etc., to bring the content strategy to life.
Plan creative ad strategies in advance, collaborating with the revenue team to align with business objectives.
Ensure timely execution of planned strategies and campaigns.
Ideate and collaborate with designers on packaging design for new products.
Ensure that packaging design aligns with brand identity and enhances product appeal.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in creative content development for various platforms.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work alongside design teams.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and e-commerce channels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in planning and executing content and ad strategies.
Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and feedback analysis.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
