Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Manpower Planning Team member, you shall be responsible for developing, defining and implementing short- and long-term manpower plans for the IndiGo engineering vertical
- Ensuring the efficient utilization of the current workforce amongst the engineering vertical
- Analyzing and researching the staffing requirements of each area of the engineering department. Whilst developing a strong understanding of the talent utilization within each sub function of engineering.
- Work closely with IndiGo engineering business leaders in understanding their staffing requirements and making relevant recommendations.
- You shall be responsible in creating manpower and workforce planning models. In addition, you will work closely on succession planning and talent management
- Create annual recruitment plans based on current head count, business strategy and budgets
- Assist in developing the recruitment strategy and manpower plan /targets on a yearly basis
- Establish the yearly manpower plan budget in collaboration with the different functions based on the approved organization structure
- Meet with department heads on a timely basis to identify recruitment challenges and recommend action plans
