🔹 Job Responsibilities
Cabin Crew
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and service excellence onboard
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and safety demonstrations
- Assist passengers during boarding, in-flight, and disembarkation
- Handle in-flight services including meals and customer assistance
- Manage emergency situations calmly and professionally
Airport Ground Staff
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
- Provide customer support at airport counters and terminals
- Coordinate with airline and airport teams for smooth operations
- Handle documentation, security procedures, and passenger queries
- Ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations
🔹 Eligibility & Requirements (Common)
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Freshers welcome)
- Age: 18 – 28 years
- Communication Skills: Good English & Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Personality: Pleasant, customer-oriented, well-groomed
- Medical Fitness: As per airline standards
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
