What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries professionally via phone, email, and customer portals.
- Process price quotes, accept and manage new orders, and provide consistent updates to customers regarding timelines and delivery.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, from technical issues to delivery challenges, with efficiency and professionalism.
- Foster positive relationships and trust with customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Technical Support, Shipping) to fulfill customer needs and ensure exceptional service.
- Support process optimization initiatives, provide feedback to leadership, and contribute to efforts that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases, update records, and ensure order accuracy using company systems.
What You’ll Bring:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required, a college degree is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management (inside sales preferred).
Team player with problem solving skills and adaptability to a variety of customer needs.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with basic computer programs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $20-28/hr, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
