Experience in procurement for a Part 145 repair and overhaul station preferred. Must possess an attention to detail, be a self starter and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
The compensation range for this role is $69,300 - $80,850 annually.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business administration or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry-level. Basic knowledge of purchasing methods and techniques a plus.
Position Purpose:Under general supervision, supports the procurement function by executing cost-effective and compliant purchasing procedures for aerospace commodities and services. Ensures alignment with product specifications, user requirements, and company policies, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of the supply chain.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain sources of supply; gather and validate supplier data including specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules .
- Prepare and issue solicitations for quotes; evaluate bids and negotiate optimal terms including delivery, pricing, and quality .
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Planning to ensure procurement meets operational needs .
- Create and administer purchase orders and contracts, ensuring adherence to budgetary and regulatory requirements .
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain records related to cost, delivery, quality, and compliance .
- Resolve procurement-related issues including delivery delays, discrepancies, and payment concerns through appropriate corrective actions .
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, including AS9100 and ITAR where applicable .
Perform other duties as assigned.A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer. This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
