Overview
PURPOSE
The Data and Analytics Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust data and analytics architecture solutions to meet the organization's evolving needs. There is a cross-functional teamsβ collaboration to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and devise tailored solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Design and execute data integration, data warehousing, and data modeling solutions for analytics and reporting.
- Formulate solution roadmaps aligned with business strategies, leveraging existing components judiciously.
- Proactively assess and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead the formulation of data governance policies to ensure quality, consistency, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in data management and analytics.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- 4-5 years in IT environment, with expertise in analytics, data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in data architecture or engineering roles.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of data architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with data integration tools, databases, data platforms, and big data technologies.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling techniques.
