Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and financial performance of routes within the Qantas network. Beyond managing day‑to‑day Revenue Management operations, you will identify and drive revenue initiatives and strategies to deliver financial targets, ensuring the ongoing competitiveness and success of Qantas Airlines.

As
Senior Manager Revenue Management, you will have strategic and operational accountability for managing demand and pricing / inventory for a defined portfolio of routes, ensuring these are optimally planned and managed to achieve the highest possible revenue outcomes. As the key Revenue Management contact within the Route team, you will drive strategic alignment, opportunity identification and effective collaboration across Sales & Distribution, Digital, Network, Marketing, Airline Loyalty, Operations and external partners.
You will lead a diverse team of specialist revenue management professionals, acting as a coach and mentor across technical and behavioural capabilities, with accountability for performance, development and succession planning.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Aviation Management or a related quantitative discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in Revenue Management, airline revenue management experience highly desired
- Extensive knowledge of revenue management theory, systems and practice, including forecasting and quantitative techniques
- Strong understanding of optimisation, economic game theory, price and capacity elasticity, and consumer buying behaviour
- Strong understanding of airline network structures and the link between network design and revenue performance
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capability, with proven ability to interpret data, draw insights, make decisions and measure outcomes
- Proven commercial judgement, including the ability to take considered risks and optimise outcomes through negotiation and partnership
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Demonstrated people leadership capability, with a collaborative, high‑energy approach to building high‑performing teams
- High resilience, adaptability and confidence operating in fast‑paced, complex and ambiguous environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Power BI, with familiarity using quantitative and analytical software tools
