Lead the platforms that power how Cathay builds, tests and releases digital products. As Platform Ops Lead, you are responsible for delivering, running and continually improving DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platforms that allow web and mobile application teams to move quickly, securely and at scale.

By guiding engineers, partnering with vendors and applying FinOps practices to optimise cost, you help create a stable, modern DevOps environment that supports innovation, resilience and long-term value for the business.

- Partner with application teams to translate requirements into a clear Platform Ops service catalogue.
- Govern the quality and compliance of base images, libraries, CI/CD pipelines and container platforms against corporate security and quality standards.
- Evaluate, retire and replace obsolete or redundant CI/CD toolsets to maintain market-aligned solutions.
- Enable secure segregation of duties through tailored access controls across DevOps toolsets.
- Apply FinOps practices to optimise cloud and DevOps platform cost efficiency at scale.
- Lead, mentor and support platform engineers in daily operations, performance improvement and career development.
- Communicate infrastructure designs, risks, dependencies and delivery progress clearly with project managers, stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners, including availability for 24/7 support when required.

- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in IT infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience working in complex enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
