About The Role
As an ESG Reporting Coordinator, you will support the execution of ESG and sustainability reporting processes by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, HR, and Operations to collect, validate, and document key information, while also supporting audit requirements and maintaining structured data repositories. This role requires strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance reporting processes and data quality.
Responsibilities
Supports the Manager in executing ESG reporting activities, including data collection, validation, and control documentation. Responsible for ensuring data accuracy and evidence traceability through standardized templates and digital platforms (Workiva, SAP).
- Monitor and follow up on sustainability reports (environmental, social, and governance).
- Consolidate and validate information for regulatory reporting.
- Address requests from regulatory entities and external stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, or financial institutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and validate information.
- Support the preparation of reports under various ESG frameworks and standards.
- Follow up on requests and action items derived from meetings with the Manager.
- Act as a liaison between operational and strategic teams.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in ESG reporting, finance, audit, or data-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting processes.
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with tools such as SAP or similar systems.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
