Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager negotiates and manages contracts with airlines and other customers on behalf of
company.
It requires a solid understanding of the products and services delivered to customers, strong business acumen and
negotiation skills.
The Key Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring integration of new costumers, ensure key deliverables
towards to costumers and customer satisfaction, billing and complaint resolution.
The Key Account Manager plays an important role in the station management group, collaborating with
departments manager and other key functions to ensure operational excellence and financial goals are met.
This position reports to the Station Manager and is an important role in the station management team.
What You Will Be Doing
- The KAM is responsible for negotiating SGHAs and ad-hoc contracts with customers.
- Responsible for contract follow-up through close dialogue with the airline's commercial contacts.
- Ensure profitability when entering contracts and continuously quality-assure the profitability of previously signed agreements.
- Role is responsible for tenant contracts and revenue

- Cooperate closely with the station management team and other key people to ensure a high quality product to our customers, in accordance with Menzies policies and procedures, and the contracted obligations.

What We Are Looking For
- Extensive knowledge and experience from cargo operations or comparable logistics (relevant education can compensate partially for the level of experience)
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral, preferably also a Scandinavian language
- Experience from costumer service roles is an advantage
- Good financial understanding, strong business acumen
- Shows ability and willingness for professional development.
