About The Role
Are you ready to shape the quality backbone of one of the world’s newest airlines?
In this pivotal role, you’ll define and drive the end-to-end testing strategy across system integration, non-functional, and performance testing, ensuring consistent, high-quality and reliable digital releases.
You’ll take ownership of testing governance, oversee test execution and defect management, and provide clear, confidence‑building visibility on quality metrics, release readiness and risk.
Through your leadership, testing standards, frameworks and best practices will be applied consistently across squads and programmes, while modern automation and performance testing help teams move faster,without ever compromising stability.
Beyond execution, you’ll build and develop a strong, sustainable testing capability. This includes leading internal and vendor teams, managing capacity and resources, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovation.
With a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, you will promote shift-left quality practices and data-driven decision-making.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, with proven leadership experience managing complex, multi-stream testing programs.
You’ll have deep hands-on expertise across system integration testing, non-functional testing (including performance, security, and resilience), and performance and load testing tools.
Naturally, you will bring a strong understanding of modern testing strategies, test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and contemporary architectures such as microservices and APIs. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments, you’re confident translating quality risks and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
