Associate Director – Cabin Crew Performance
Performance Management
- Develop and implement a structured performance management module to be incorporated into current operations at all bases where accountabilities are clearly defined and work structures are segregated into effective operation and performance management of all Cabin Crew, this will include management of all Check Leads
- Conceptualize and execute the development and implementation of a performance appraisal program for all Cabin Crew and provide advice and recommendations to the Leadership team accordingly.
- Formulate Cabin Crew core competencies, values, and key performance measures as part of the introduction of a Inflight performance appraisal system.
- Analyze reports and initiate action on measurement results through continuous communication with all Bases.
- Provide ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used to effectively enhance performance, manage operations, identify and manage risks, and effect organizational change.
- Develop and conducts presentations and workshops to Cabin Crew and staff on the performance appraisal system.
- Provide coaching to all levels of staff on performance management and systems. Will assist with developing and implementing IFS performance improvement plans.
Workforce Development and Succession Planning
- Conduct assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training for all Cabin Crew as part of the Performance Management System.
- Assess various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, performance enhancement, and career development.
- Assist with developing training plans, identifying opportunities for employee development.
- Initiate and Drive change management initiatives by conducting readiness assessments, job impact analysis, and skill and capability assessments.
Knowledge Sharing
- Facilitate group discussions to perform gap analysis and needs assessment(s).
- Develop a strategy for knowledge transfer activities, to include planning, implementation, and training.
- Implement knowledge sharing processes and programs that encourage learning and collaboration.
- Prepare communications to share tools and information with various stakeholders, provides back-up support to department staff and quality service to department customers.
