Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the transportation, warehousing, or aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable in the United States, including FAA regulations relevant to aviation personnel.
- Proven experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working directly within the aviation industry or with aviation regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding tailored to aviation industry roles.
- Administer employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a respectful workplace.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and aviation-specific labor regulations, including FAA guidelines and safety standards.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training programs focused on regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and support payroll and benefits administration in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
