What does this role look like?
Reporting to the Manager of Brand Communications, this position will lead integrated communications planning in support of trade shows, help manage external sponsorships, and support trade show operations as needed for Lockheed Martin Space.
In partnership with Strategy & Business Development, Lockheed Martin Government Affairs and other Communications functions, this role will be responsible for developing critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring communications plans for trade shows and sponsorships are executed on time, on budget and are strategically aligned to business objectives.
This role will also support trade show operations including budget management, inventory management and logistics.
This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work: Denver, Colorado , and be expected to work in the office.

- Capable of leading multiple, fast‑paced projects (e.g., trade‑show planning, inventory systems, events) with accuracy, quality, and on‑time delivery despite competing priorities.
- Quick learner who thrives in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments, demonstrating urgency, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong work ethic without heavy supervision.
- Familiarity with the trade‑show ecosystem, aerospace/Lockheed Martin business fundamentals and modern collaboration tools (Airtable, SharePoint, Teams).
