Job Title: Senior Executive - Inflight Services
Reports To: Base Head
Minimum Qualification: 10+2
Location: Ahmedabad
Role Summary
Responsible for day‑to‑day Cabin Crew Operations during the shift, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, coordination with cross‑functional teams, and delivery of key performance indicators at the Base.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as duty in‑charge (as applicable) and ensure on‑time cabin crew reporting.
- Verify completion of mandatory pre‑flight medical checks.
- Provide critical operational updates and special briefings.
- Ensure crew carry mandatory documents and latest circulars.
- Coordinate with Crew Control, Scheduling, Training, Catering, etc. on flight delays, roster needs, and technical issues; ensure clear communication to crew.
- Drive efficiency in the Briefing cycle and meet expected KPIs.
- Work towards improving OTP (On‑Time Performance) and weekly metrics.
- Support new operational projects and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Assist in developing procedures, policies & guidelines aligned with corporate and IFS standards.
- Monitor attendance statistics; ensure accountability and implement solutions for sickness, absences, and conduct issues.
- Promote safety and security culture within IFS.
- Support adherence to departmental budgets.
- Provide recommendations for manuals and departmental development.
- Be on‑call to minimize operational disruptions while considering crew welfare.
- Optimize team utilization and roster planning to avoid crew shortages.
- Focus on continuous self‑development and skill enhancement.
- Ensure timely submission of flight reports by base leads.
