We’re looking for a Material & Cost Controller to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a junior-level position, offering a great opportunity to learn, grow professionally and develop within a supportive and dynamic environment.
GET READY TO:
- Manage stock and monitor parts within the company for all maintenance activities;
- Oversee stock management for both sales and maintenance operations;
- Coordinate part procurement, exchange part processes and shipment of parts to repair shops in cooperation with Logistics and Customs Departments;
- Establish and maintain cooperation with Maintenance Repair Organizations (MROs) that meet company requirements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
- Manage tender processes for aircraft/engine parts and maintenance activities according to operational needs and plans;
- Support the implementation of new supplier agreements and ensure efficient procure-to-pay processes in line with agreed procedures;
- Follow up on warranty-related procedures;
- Assist in service provider evaluation processes;
- Monitor and report maintenance activity costs;
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs);
- Perform invoice processing and data entry tasks;
- Follow up on KYC procedures a nd maintain internal system records properly.
SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Aviation or related discipline;
- Understanding of the aircraft lifecycle, including delivery, transition, sale and part-out processes;
- Ability to analyze technical data and translate it into a commercial understanding of the aircraft’s maintenance status;
- Basic understanding of project management principles;
- Numerical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners at all levels;
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience or familiarity with AI tools would be considered an advantage;
- Excellent in English, skilled in clear and effective communication;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a self-motivated attitude and a sense of ownership.
