Role Introduction
Reports to: Global Total Rewards Manager
In this role, you will support the Global Total Rewards Manager in developing the global total rewards programme across multiple locations. The purpose of this role is to ensure the right rewards framework and tools are in place in the Company in order to effectively incentivise and recognise high performance to support the Company to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of competitive total rewards programmes across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business needs and local legal requirements
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of compensation, benefits and retirement programmes across all jurisdictions
- Support the design and administration of Group incentive programmes, including employee eligibility reviews, special case handling and stakeholder coordination across global teams and subsidiaries
- Conduct job evaluation, grading reviews, salary benchmarking, market analyses and cost modelling to ensure pay practices remain competitive, equitable and aligned with business objectives
- Provide rewards advisory support to the business on compensation-related matters, helping to attract, motivate and retain talent while adhering to global guidelines
- Support day-to-day rewards operations, including maintaining data integrity in HR systems and assisting with the implementation of reward-related processes
- Contribute to the planning and execution of annual compensation activities, including salary structure reviews, market range updates, salary reviews, discretionary bonus and profit share processes
- Support the administration and enhancement of compensation management systems, including system releases, improvements and annual cycle readiness
- Manage the renewal of rewards-related subscriptions, service contracts and benefit schemes, including liaison with vendors and support for budget and expense tracking
- Provide ad-hoc analysis, modelling, materials preparation and project support for total rewards and broader HR initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or business-related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of work experience as in-house HR professional and/or in HR consultancy, preferably in multinational / multi-geography organisations with 4 -5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and rewards
- Well-versed with common HR practices and sound knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance, pensions legislations and other relevant laws and regulation for Hong Kong, and other regions around the world will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently, following tight deadlines and an agile approach.
