Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering customer-facing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and satisfaction in CDA Shenzhen.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI projects from scale-up to mass production, bridging R&D, manufacturing sites, and key functions to ensure readiness and stable ramp.
- Build and drive project plans (milestones, owners, dependencies) and track execution to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Coordinate process/engineering change control during ramp-up, ensure actions are closed, and confirm impact is validated on-site.
- Drive localization projects (materials/parts/process/suppliers), align with PLMs for BOM, part master, and change workflows, and ensure data accuracy and timely release.
- Follow up top-selling NBOs: monitor status, remove blockers, align priorities, and secure on-time delivery and supply continuity.
- Communicate clear project status, risks, and required decisions; escalate early and drive resolution with accountable owners.
- Support ongoing capacity expansion projects when needed (equipment/line readiness, ramp plan, acceptance, and handover).
- Support facility moving projects when applicable (move plan, cutover, risk mitigation, and production recovery).
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
