Educational Qualification
AME Course, BSc (AME), B. Tech (Aeronautics)
Experience
Min 3-4+ years of relevant aviation experience in CAR M, CAR 145 Organization having:
- Knowledge of Aviation Regulatory requirements; A/C rules and CAR’s (Airworthiness),
- Knowledge of organization manuals; CAME (Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition), MOE (Maintenance Organization Exposition), TPM (Technical Procedure Manual).
- Knowledge of Aviation Software preferably AMOS.
- Working experience on preparation of Aircraft maintenance program, inspection schedules, Procedure sheets.
- Working experience on Hard time and life limited components monitoring
Core Expertise
- Working knowledge of AMOS / Skywise/ Aviation Software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office
- Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Data Modeling
- Proficiency in Power BI / Data Visualization / Dashboard Design

Job Responsibilities
- Defining Check, Single running task, Engineering Order, requirement on component part number for Implementation, and initialization of scheduled maintenance in AMOS.
- Create an Engineering Order for operational requirements.
- Preparation of storage/ Parking procedure sheets.
- Monitoring the preserved Aircraft status, review of preservation documents and their corrections.
- Preparation of Landing Gear LLP List for landing gear shop inductions.
- Provide MTS for ALS life limited components.
- Review of landing gear overhaul shop visit reports.
- Review of delivery documents, Analyzing the hard time/life limited components life at delivery. Initialization of Aircraft and its components in AMOS.
- Liaison with manufacturers or IGO onsite team for delivery documents correction.
- Preparation of aircraft induction package.
- Preparation of the Aircraft routable data in AMOS format for Introduction.
- Initialization of scheduled maintenance on aircraft new Induction in IGO fleet in AMOS.
- Verification of AMOS forecast and confirmation to Post Holder- continuing Airworthiness for AMP requirement compliance.
- Preparation of TCI, OCCM, landing Gear LLP lists for annual/ Mid-term lessor inspection.
- Verification of TCI Components requirements, OCCM components in respect of lease return conditions.
- Provide Support IGO on site teams on the matter of Hard time items, landing gear LLP back to birth traceability issues.
- Carry out annual hygiene check of monitoring system for Aircraft maintenance program compliance.
- ALS reviews, its impact analysis and do the required changes in AMOS.
- Carry out annual verification for the ALS requirement compliance.
- Any additional function/responsibility assigned by Section Head/ Manager/Assistant Manager.
