One of our subsidiary companies, Aviator, is searching for Business Excellence Project Manager with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details. Aviator Airport Alliance AB is a Swedish holding company with 10 subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide projects, overseeing delivery from initiation through to successful completion.
- Manage and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business strategy.
- Lead project initiation activities, defining scope, objectives, governance, timelines, and success criteria.
- Establish and standardize a scalable project management framework incorporating PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, and other best practices.
- Conduct regular project governance reviews, monitoring progress, risks, budgets, resources, and overall project health.
- Prepare and oversee project documentation, including business cases, project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
- Advise senior leadership on project performance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams, providing coaching, training, and guidance on project management methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing project management processes, governance, and delivery standards.
- Collaborate closely with Project Sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure project objectives, benefits, and business outcomes are clearly defined and achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years\' experience managing complex business and IT projects, including cross-functional project portfolios.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Solid technical background with expertise in project management frameworks, process improvement, and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Jira and business process mapping/analysis is highly desirable.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is an advantage.
