What you’ll be
- doing:
Deputise for the Operations Control Manager, supporting departmental leadership and operational decisio - n-making.Support the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of Operations Control activities, including escalation management during di
- sruption.Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to Operations Control Duty
- Managers.Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives across
- the OCC.Monitor operational performance, compliance, and safety standards, promoting a strong Just Cultu
- re ethos.Act as a key interface across the wider OCC and provide operational recommendations to senior ma
- nagement.Support onboarding, competence management, and succession planning within
- the team.Office-based (Monday to Friday) at Low Fare Finder House, Yeadon, with occasional operational shift and on-ca
ll cover.
