Facilities Maintenance Technician is available in Bay City, WI. The Facility Technician is a front-line position responsible for supporting all hangar and equipment operation and appearance. In addition, facilities will be a support position to other departments such as Parts, Aircraft maintenance, Line service and Front desk for the cleanliness of each area. Facilities task will consist of good decision-making skills, the ability to follow company procedures, flexibility in a dynamic working environment, as well as possessing good interpersonal skills.

Your Responsibilities:
- Hangar appearance daily cleaning
- Hangar floor cleaning
- Equipment cleaning, inspection, and servicing
- Company Vehicle cleaning, inspection, and servicing
- Company golf cart’s daily cleaning
- Hangar appearance daily cleaning (East Hangar)
- Tow equipment Maintenance
- Dust removal
- Support all departments with appearance request (Parts, Maintenance, Front Desk, Line Service)
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License (restricted licenses are not valid for employment at JetWorx)
- Pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing, background checks and submit to random testing when required
- Complete NATA (National Air Transportation Association) Safety First, Red Wing Aviation and other job-related training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, direct interface, over telephone, email and in writing
- Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement in a safe, efficient manner
- Follow verbal and written directions; plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule; and maintain good working relationships with others
- Must be available to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and overtime when required
- Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks including but not limited to: facility cleaning, vehicle washing
- Ability to work without direct management supervision
- Must be comfortable with working outdoors, day, night and in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work at heights

The compensation range for this position is $23 - $25 per hour, depending upon experience.
