Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Pricing and Revenue Management, the Pricing and Revenue Management Analyst will be responsible for maximizing revenue by managing pricing strategies, inventory control, and revenue forecasting across a portfolio of routes and bases. Key responsibilities include optimizing fare structures and load factors, delivering effective revenue forecasts, and analyzing demand patterns, consumer trends, and competitor activity to ensure world-class revenue management.
The role is office-based, with occasional travel required. It involves prolonged periods of sitting and using office equipment and computers, as well as periods of intense concentration. The position may also require transitioning between sitting and standing, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, grasping, and lifting weights between 5 to 20 lbs. The Pricing and Revenue Management Analyst operates in a dynamic and fast-paced commercial environment, focusing on revenue optimization amidst constant change.
Primary Job Functions:
The duties of the Pricing and Revenue Management Analystinclude:
- Maximize revenue by optimizing pricing and inventory across a portfolio of routes and bases, achieving high load factors and optimal booking curves
- Develop and implement cutting-edge data-driven revenue management tools and techniques
- Provide accurate and effective revenue forecasts for both base and route levels
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitor pricing and capacity, using insights to drive actionable strategies
- Conduct market analysis to guide commercial strategy and decision-making
- Ensure data science principles underpin and enhance all aspects of the revenue management function
- Build, lead, and mentor the Pricing and Revenue Management team, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and development
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, or engineering
- Experience:
- Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of previous experience working in airline revenue management
- Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of company policies and standards
- Excellent analytical skills
- Crystal clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to see opportunities and challenge the status quo

- Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references
