JOB DESCRIPTION
Work as company representation at airport responsible for leading, directing and managing entire station functions to ensure entire Directorates as well as staff implement service agreements at the above standards and to ensure smooth operations.Ensure that overall operations are following the latest DGCA regulations.Comply with BBN Policies, guidelines. manuals, and instructions.Plan, manage and control the operational of passenger, ramp, and cargo handling activities efficiently.Ensure safety and security procedures and programs are executed and maintained.Ensure all operational staff or contracted ground handling agents work in safe and secure environment.Ensure station facility offers professional, clean, and safe working atmosphere for all employees or contracted ground handling agent.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Area of Education :
Hold minimum bachelor’s in business administration or related fieldExperience :
Minimum 5 years experiences in station operationsLanguage Proficiency :
Fluent in English both verbal and writtenCertification : -Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Hold a valid passport.
Holding FOOlicense is preferred.
Willing to be deployed to Dhaka (DAC) for project assignment or to other airport based on company needs.
