GSE Fleet Mechanic (Denver, CO)
- Pay: $29.67/hour
- ASE Premium: Additional $3.00/hour for ASE-certified mechanics

Keep Frontier’s ground operation moving. As a GSE Mechanic at Frontier Airlines, you’ll maintain, diagnose and repair the vehicles and ground support equipment used throughout our operation.
From preventative maintenance and electrical diagnostics to mechanical repairs and welding, your work helps ensure Frontier’s ground equipment is ready when it’s needed.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and repair ground equipment
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on Frontier ground equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to determine required repairs.
- Perform complex electrical and mechanical repairs on vehicles and equipment.
- Complete electrical diagnostics and repairs.
- Perform welding repairs using MIG welding, stick welding or acetylene gas welding.
Support day-to-day equipment needs
- Order, receive and inventory parts and supplies.
- Fuel and wash ground equipment as needed.
- Identify heavy maintenance needs and report them to management.
- Communicate with contract maintenance personnel as needed to support required repairs.
Required
What you’ll bring
- Valid driver’s license.
- Two years of accredited technical training.
- Ability to interpret printed or computerized maintenance manuals.
- Ability to complete required forms and paperwork legibly.
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED.
- Four years of on-the-job experience as a vehicle technician.
- Ground equipment maintenance experience.
- Automotive work experience.
- ASE certification.
