Job Description
Job Purpose: Manage BEI interviews, cultural induction, coaching, and feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requires 5+ years in HR/Talent Management or OD/OE, with an assertive, detail-oriented, and patient demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI): Conduct up to 04 BEI interviews daily, assessing candidates' competencies and cultural fit
Develop and refine interview questions and evaluation criteria
Cultural Induction: Implement cultural induction programs for new hires
Ensure alignment with the company's values, mission, and cultural expectations
Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching to employees, fostering professional growth and development
Deliver constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and performance
Recording: Prepare and present detailed reports on behavioral and cultural coaching activities
Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives
Qualifications: M.A. in Psychology
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development/Talent Management/Organizational Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
