About The Role & Team
SITA Amman is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our SkyStar Program within the Passengers Team function, initially for a1 year period, with opportunity to become permanent.
Your Main Tasks Will Involve Supporting Initiatives, Providing Assistance, And Ensuring The Smooth Operation Of Common Use Team. This Entry-level Position Offers The Opportunity To Engage In Various Technical Activities Within Our Fast-paced Global Community

What You Will Do
- Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and coordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups.
- Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services.
- conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure the resolution of customer problems.
- Perform Change Management Configurations Design and Implementation of the supported Product & Systems.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate.
- Excellent communications skills.

- Experience in Microsoft Windows OS 7/10/11 and Linux OS
- Microsoft Windows Server OS 2012/2016/..
