OverviewWe’re looking for a Project Manager – People/ HR Systems to join our client's global team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead the implementation of a key HR project (e.g., implement a new Pay Equity solution, significantly expand Onboarding with an existing People solution, etc.).

- Lead and manage a project delivery team with clear purpose and goals.
- Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating regularly about plans, risks, blockers, turning points, and opportunities.
Deliver What Matters:
- Manage and deliver People/HR technology projects within a complex global organization.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, cost, and timing goals.
- Monitor project budget, resources, and schedule effectively.
- Establish and govern the project plan, including risks and opportunities.
- Provide project status updates in accordance with the governance framework.
What You’ll Have
- Proven experience managing complex HCM/HRIS projects with integrations, data uplift, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong background in successfully delivering projects within global or multi-national organizations.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Well-developed leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive working relationships, including remote collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Strong budget management, project controls, and commercial acumen in relation to project delivery and benefit realization.
- Knowledge of ERP, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, and Candidate Relationship Management solutions is highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications/certifications in Project Management or Change Management from recognized professional bodies are valued.
