Role Introduction
Reports to: Global Sales Strategy and Enablement Manager
The job holder is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for global sales segments and collaborating with Brand, Insights and Marketing team, as well as global marketing representatives to ensure an effective and aligned b2b marketing strategy is in place. He / she oversees the implementation of sales marketing efforts for HK corporate and trade sales, as well as for global b2b campaigns. He / she will implement the latest marketing and communications technology to provide greater insights to sales teams and ensure b2b marketing efforts are data-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Devise branding and strategic marketing plans based on understanding of business needs and priorities of all global sales segments as well as the dynamically evolving business environment to optimize exposure for Cathay
- Work with segments owner to develop and strategise sales marketing, social media and public relations plans and actions
- Manage marketing agency and collaborate with brand, marketing and insights team to develop global sales brands and collaterals, and to set standards and provide guidance on usage of these collaterals
- Explore and manage marketing and partnership opportunities for segments to drive business development and deliver benefits to Cathay and / or Cathay’s customers on a global level
- Manage Global Sales Marketing expenses to maximize its value and return within budget
- Keep on top of latest marketing and communications technology, and implement new technologies to streamline communications platforms for time-saving and data driven communications for b2b segments.
- Develop and oversee / update a global marketing library with b2b related content.
- Promote sustainability within b2b segment, update collaterals and coordinate global b2b sustainability marketing efforts.
- Oversee and streamline customer survey and insights activities in collaboration with Insights team.
Others
- Engage in supplementary and ad hoc sales enablement projects and studies
- Manage and develop Global Sales Marketing Executive (if applicable) to assist with the above
Requirements
- Results driven with proven ability to influence internal / external stakeholders
- Experience in project management
- Innovation driven individual with proficiency in technical / digital areas
- High level presentation and communications skills
- Proven analytical skills
- University degree (preferably in related disciplines) with minimum 5 years' working experience
- Willingness to travel
