Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
What you will be doing:
You will work with Manufacturing Service Leaders (MSLs) or equivalent to ensure that organisational objectives and goals are delivered, you will also:
- Requirements - Identify and develop opportunities for improvements, analysis of machine tool reliability and analysis of OEM and Contractor spend.
- Coordination – Support with external Service Provider partnerships and in-house service lines to meet business requirements.
- Health & Safety Standards – Follow and implement national safety standards and company standards, which may include taking the role of Responsible Person (RP) or Deputy RP.
- Planning Development – Developing and implementing Energy Management plans, strategies and initiatives for Manufacturing Services at cell and plant level.
- Leadership – Take control for Fixture Care, developing the service to the business and ensuring that the Fixture Care service providers are monitored against agreed performance levels.

- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels and Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining customer focus.
- Experience of influencing at all levels across an organisation.
