DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a 7.5 tonne Home delivery driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Argos home delivery, Patchway
- Working as a team of 2 to ensure the safe delivery of customer goods to homes.
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience but don't hesitate to apply if you don't tick every box on this page - we're great at spotting talent and potential in everyone:
- You will Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- You will have a minimum 3 months experience in a driver/simular role.
- You must be physically fit to ensure you are able to assit with moving heavy white goods into customer homes.
- Good customer service experience is essential for this position.
