We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of accounting and financial records.
- Issue, send, and manage the follow-up of invoices and claims, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines.
- Maintain B2B contact with customers to claim payments and resolve doubts.
- Prepare analysis reports in Excel to present the status of accounts receivable and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the accounting team in resolving discrepancies and improving internal processes.
What you will need:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Solid accounting knowledge and previous experience of 3 to 5 years in similar role.
- Experience in bank reconciliations, invoicing (issuance, sending, tracking) and payment claiming.
- Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing financial records.
- Analytical and decisive person.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Advanced level of English. Other languages such as Italian, Spanish or French will be valued.
