Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation strategies that streamline processes across various departments.
Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives and report on progress to management.
Plan, design and conduct tests of the implementations, correcting errors, and re-testing to achieve an acceptable result.
To quickly adapt any programming language if needed.
Collaborate with several subject matter experts in the organization for deployment and validation of algorithms on existing products.
To come up with innovative ideas / approaches / methodologies to solve the problem.
Design and implement automation strategies that streamline processes across various departments.
Qualification:
Studying Bachelor’s level education in Computer Science discipline.
The candidates with strong programming and analytics skills will also be considered but knowledge about data structures, algorithms, logic is must to have.
Experienced in the use of one or more current analytical technologies such as MATLAB programming, C programming, Python (must), Java Scripting & Selenium Desktop automation & MS SQL.
Understanding of debugging of existing code.
Understanding of trend analysis of data.
Collaboration and teamwork, with a willingness to share solutions and best practices across teams.
Proactive, persistent and customer focused with a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and able to stand-alone.
An ability to apply logical, analytical, and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems.
