Role Introduction
Reports To: Lifestyle Strategy & Regional Affairs Manager
The Project Officer is responsible for supporting the migration of documents from existing platform to a new platform. The role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the migration process, ultimately improving our efficiency and accessibility to crucial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project team to understand the scope and requirements of the document migration project.
- Organize and categorize documents based on predefined criteria for migration.
- Transfer documents from the existing platform to the new platform with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all documents are migrated correctly and are accessible on the new platform.
- Support other projects if needed
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education or higher.
- Preferred experience in data entry, document management, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
