- Contribute to analyzing organizational processes, identifying vulnerabilities to corruption or malpractice, and recommending improvements to mitigate such risks.
- Support the formulation and execution of the organization’s vigilance framework, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the validation and endorsement of updates to policies and procedures, ensuring they meet governance, risk, and compliance standards.
- Assist in gathering intelligence on potential corrupt activities and malpractices within the organization, preparing detailed investigation findings for review.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of systematic measures aimed at eradicating corruption and malpractice, focusing on preventive vigilance and system enhancements.
- Collaborate in conducting spot checks and surprise and scheduled station inspections to assess system vulnerabilities and the presence of corrupt practices, accelerating the resolution of vigilance cases.
- Support in maintaining and updating all documentation related to vigilance activities, serving as a key resource for policy and procedure management.
- Help in identifying high-risk areas within the organization, monitoring personnel and operations in these sensitive zones to prevent malpractices.
- Assist in providing expert advice and support to various departments on vigilance matters, enhancing the organization's overall compliance posture.
