Sales Support Job Description Responsibilities: • The sales support executive will be responsible for assisting email and phone queries of travel partners, corporates & direct customer / walk-ins. • The job scope will cover client support located in India & Overseas. • This role will ensure that the daily KPI and SLA are met both individually and in the team. • Ensure all Sales Support policies are followed as per SOP. • Prepare relevant MIS. • Be a liaison between the Sales Team and the other departments in Air India with regards to all day to day activities • Escalations from agencies, sales and distribution, corporate and internal departments are attended to and resolved as per SOP. • All necessary assistance must be delivered within a time frame. Creating high performance culture: • Participate in developing the team camaraderie. • Provide open communication with the team and recommend improvements. Eligibility: • Working knowledge of any GDS/airline systems • Knowledge of Airline Reservations & Ticketing • Fresh Graduate upto 5 - 7 years of work experience only • Knowledge of MS Office • Good Communication Skills
