About The Role & Team
You'll develop and maintain HR systems, integrate solutions, and build the new Oracle HCM interface. You'll work with requirements, estimate application changes, and coordinate delivery, testing, and support. Ensuring quality and on-time solutions, you'll also help develop best practices and get stakeholder buy-in.
What You Will Do
- Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements for application changes, promoting the use of standard functionality where possible.
- Help estimate project tasks and changes, working with senior staff and/or offshore teams.
- Take part in delivering, testing, and supporting application changes.
- Ensure high-quality solutions are provided to users on time and within budget.
- Help develop best practices and work with stakeholders to get their support.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience `in the deployment or support of Oracle HCM, preferably with exposure to multiple full lifecycle implementations.
